The Sports Authority Board is a joint board of the City of Knoxville and Knox County. The Board was created for the purpose of planning, financing, constructing and managing a multi-use stadium in Knoxville.


APPOINTMENT OF BOARD MEMBERS

The Board has seven directors who are recommended by the City Mayor and County Mayor and are jointly appointed by City Council and Knox County Commission. Term are six years with an unlimited number of terms.


MEETINGS SCHEDULE

The Sports Authority Board last met at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 28, in the Community Room of the City of Knoxville Public Works Service Center, 3131 Morris Ave.
