All City streets are maintained by the Public Service Dept.

Unusual street conditions and hazards should be reported by calling 865-215-6000.

The Downtown Central Business District streets are swept weekly. State Right of Way's are swept monthly. All other streets will be swept or flushed on an as needed basis.
