Northeast Knoxville

Directions: From I-40, Take the US-441 N/BROADWAY exit- EXIT 389A. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto N BROADWAY ST/US-441/TN-33. Turn RIGHT onto CECIL AVE. Turn RIGHT onto TILLERY ST. Turn LEFT onto BROWN AVE. End at 2100 Brown Ave Knoxville, TN 37917-5945, US.

New Hope Recreation Center is located off of Broadway Ave. in Northeast Knoxville.

The facility provides indoor basketball programs, including youth and adult basketball leagues. It also hosts the free After School Program for children and the Summer Playground Program.

This center serves as an excellent space for community meetings.

2009 FALL PROGRAM SCHEDULE: AUGUST - NOVEMBER

After School Program
Monday - Friday 2:45 p.m.- 5:30 p.m.

Open Gym
Monday - Wednesday 6 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Monday - Friday 1 p.m. 2:45 p.m.

Child Evangelism
Tuesday 4 p.m. - 5 p.m.

3-on-3 Basketball League
Thursdays 6 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Adult Ceramics
Tuesdays 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Wednesdays 1:15 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.

Brownies Troops
2nd and 4th Mondays 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.

RULES AND REGULATIONS IN CITY RECREATION CENTERS:

The following are prohibited in city recreation centers:

1) Possession of firearms and weapons
2) Possession of drugs, alcohol, or any elicit substance
3) Smoking or use of tobacco products
4) Gambling
5) Use of profanity
6) Fighting
7) Dunking or hanging on rims of basketball goals
8) Pets
9) Only indoor court shoes allowed (ex: tennis shoes or non-marking soles)

Violation of these rules or any other rules set by individual centers may result in suspension from this center and others. Suspension terms will be set by each center.
