Directions: Go South on Chapman Highway, then make a left onto Moody, then make a left on Woodlawn and an immediate right back onto Moody. Go less than half of a mile and turn left onto Bakers Street; park is on left next to Cecil Webb Recreation Center and parking lot.

Cecil Webb Park is located at the foot of Dogwood Elementary School and beside Cecil Webb Recreation Center. The tennis courts and playground are open to the public for recreation.
