Frajan Campbell Park History

Frajan Campbell was a longtime neighbor in Mechanicsville and a former employee of the Parks and Recreation. Campbell owned land and agreed to donate it for use of a much-needed park for the neighborhood. Mayor Victor Ashe dedicated this park.
