Pay Property Taxes Online

Property taxes can be paid by mail to P O Box 15001, Knoxville, TN 37901, or in person at the downtown Property Tax Office, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, room 450 of the City County Building, 400 Main Street. Payments by cash, personal check or money order are accepted. If a receipt is needed, send the tax office both parts of the tax statement and request a receipt. The office sends receipts only if requested.

Knox County property taxes are handled through the County Trustee's Office on the fourth floor of the City County Building at 400 Main Ave. in downtown Knoxville.
