The specialized enforcement campaign will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 3, 2008, and conclude at Midnight on Sunday, July 6, 2008. Chief Owen said the Fourth of July holiday is typically the busiest travel weekend during vacation season. The heaviest concentration of traffic can be expected on Thursday evening and during the afternoon and evening hours on Sunday.
