[04-01-08]  Revised Forms A, B, E1 and F. Added Form E2 ( Site Development Submittal Review Checklist).

[04-24-07]  Added 3 Special Pollution Abatement Permits for Vehicle and Equipment Facilities (vehicle and equipment dealerships and storage facilities, fueling stations, repair shops, etc.), Vehicle Wash Facilities (car washed, etc.), and Large Parking Lot Facilities (large parking lots, warehouses, etc.)
Revised the Special Pollution Permit Application specifically for Food Handling and Processing Facilities (restaurants, grocery stores, food services, etc.).

[05-19-04]  Policies 13 and 24 have been withdrawn. Miscellaneous changes in Chapter 2, Figures 2-2 through 2-4, site development permit checklist, plat review checklist, Policy 12, and the table of contents.

[12-19-03]  Flood Damage Prevention and Control Ordinance (Chapter 12 of City Code) was revised on 12/09/03 by City Council. Also corrected ordinance reference callouts to Stormwater and Street Ordinance (Chapter 22.5 of City Code).

[06-30-03]  The Land Development Manual was changed extensively to incorporate the revised Stormwater and Street Ordinance and the reissued NPDES permit from TDEC. Other comments were incorporated, with four new Engineering Policies added.
