Report Suspicious Activity
If you are a victim or witness to a crime or you would like to report suspicious activity in your neighborhood, please use the Suspicious Activity form to document what you have experienced or witnessed. The questions in this form are the same questions that will be asked by E-911 and police.

Private Property Traffic Accident Report
The driver of a vehicle involved in an accident resulting in injury to or death of any person or property damage to an apparent extent of fifty dollars ($50.00) or more shall immediately by the quickest means of communication give notice of such accident to the local police department if such accident occurs within a municipality, otherwise to the office of the county sheriff or the nearest office of the state highway patrol.

Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), is committed to protecting the public and ensuring that the rights of victims are carefully observed. HSI administers the Victim Notification Program which allows eligible victims and witnesses to obtain reliable and timely information regarding a criminal alien's release from custody. However, victims and witnesses are required to register with our agency in order to receive notification of a criminal alien's release.
