New Chatbot provides COVID-19 and other information
In our ongoing effort to keep the public informed, in particular when our offices are closed, or in the case of sudden increases in volume, we have created this intuitive, easy to use Chatbot to help answer questions regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) as well as other social services.
Just click on the blue button in the bottom right corner and our automated bot will point you to the answers of the most often asked questions and guide you to resources you can use to help in the future.
On a desktop computer you will see the chatbot dialogue pop-up in the bottom right corner. You can click information buttons throughout the conversation. On a mobile device or tablet, the chatbot will engage with your text messaging and you can text back and forth with the chatbot.
